The Presence of the Holy Spirit

The world cannot receive the Holy Spirit, but His presence is active in the world to evangelize them. When they turn to God and for redemption, even though they may not fully understand all it entails, they are converted and become candidates for all the promises that are in Christ and for the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
